Names Jacques, born and raised in South Africa, moved to the great US of A in winter of '00. I was into in-line skating in my mother country. How did you get into skateboarding?
I like going fast. Been on wheels as long as I can remember. I found out longboardings fast in '10 and BOOM! Been bombing and shredding ever since!

Top speed you've achieved?
Umm, ive hit 50+ on some local hills. Really looking forward to some big mountains soon though. I hear Talimena's 70+mph, looking to top that soon.

What are your most memorable times skateboarding?
Big events hosted around the Austin area. Sharing the stoke with fellow riders. But I feel there's still a lot to come!

I don't discriminate.

What advice do you give to a new rider?
Stay focused, wear a helmet, don't blow out spots, be free and have a good time!!!

What is your favorite trick?
I dont do tricks, I go fast. Ha, Slideeeees.
